I offer private pay counseling within a group of counselors. My fee is $95.00 per session with a sliding fee scale down to $45.00 per 50 minute session. Your first session is always free. I do not accept insurance.
I utilize a variety of therapies including interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and transformational. I may use the Enneagram, a drawing board or childhood memories to help us see your life from a different perspective. I often suggest homework in areas of nutrition, movement, art, journaling, affirmations and "changing your mind."
I believe in the power of the mind and the spirit to help bring about wholeness and health to body and soul. Past training in Yoga, Nutrition, Landmark Education and Attitudinal Healing may be utilized in the work we do together.
My personal journey through divorce, parenting, loss, art, journaling and meditations bring compassion, understanding and an openness to possiblities to each session.
