I offer private pay counseling ($95.00 per session) with a sliding fee scale.  I do not accept insurance.  I utilize a variety of therapies including interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and transformational.  I may use the Enneagram, a drawing board or childhood memories to help us see your life from a different perspective. I believe in the power of the mind and the spirit to help bring about wholeness and health to body and soul.  Past training in Yoga, Nutrition, Landmark Education and Attitudinal Healing may be utilized in the work we do together.
